Jolii Cosmetics 2.0 Clean Beauty Launch Party At Margot

On Thursday, February 27th, we hosted an influencer luncheon at the beautiful Margot Restaurant to celebrate the launch of Jolii Cosmetics new clean beauty collection, Jolii 2.0. The new collection, which consists of universally flattering, multipurpose pigments, and lip glosses, is called The Elixir and Lustre Lips. We’ve personally tested out the entire line and the formulation and stunning shades are truly something else.

Their collection was created in partnership with the non-profit Love Leo Rescue, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to support dogs in need. We love a good beauty line that gives back!

Love Leo Rescue is a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and rehoming dogs. Many dogs they take care of have been previously abandoned, sick, and injured. They also offer free and low-cost spaying and neutering programs for low-income dog owners. Their services give dogs second chances and let them live their best lives. Not to mention they are well-loved by celebrities such as Hillary Duff, Olivia Munn, Victoria Justice, Vanessa Hudgens, and Jessica Alba.

Margot is an upscale Mediterranean restaurant with a California twist. Located at the top of the trendy, ultra-modern Platform shopping center in downtown Culver City, it also offers a lovely view aside from amazingly delicious food. Our guests dined on grain bowls, avocado toasts, mini potatoes, fried chicken, cinnamon cake for dessert, and sipped on a variety of cocktails.

We decorated Margot’s private outdoor patio with plenty of pink and white flowers to be on point with Jolii’s uber feminine brand, making the very Instagrammable location even more of a photo op. Jolii’s previous products were also set up for all guests to take home as well as gifts from Gorjana and Voluspa candles.

Overall, our experience at Margot was terrific, and we highly recommend dining with them. I know we’ll certainly be back to get our grub on!

Experiential events in the form of intimate luncheons or dinners allow influencers to interact with your products and your company’s founder or representatives - which can help shape the way influencers showcase a more meaningful, personalized message from your brand to their followers. Irose Social Presents: Overnight Staycation at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel with Andiamo Luggage

From November 6th to November 7th, the Irose Social team hosted three top-tier Los Angeles influencer attendees (and their plus ones!) to a luxurious overnight staycation getaway at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel with Andiamo Luggage. From displaying brand new Classico Carry-Ons by Andiamo Luggage on each influencer’s King Bed to stocking both the luggages and luxe marble bathroom with much-needed travel essentials (skincare, cosmetics, footwear, sleepwear, etc.), we wanted to ensure that our influencers were pampered and well taken care of as soon as they check into their Ocean View Guestrooms.

From 2:00PM - 3:30PM, we allowed our influencers to check-in and settle into their hotel rooms before the festivities started! Thanks to the Ritz-Carlton staff, they surprised our guests with an intricate dessert spread that included a customized Andiamo Luggage Shortbread Cookie, three chocolate dipped strawberries, a piece of white chocolate shaped like a surfboard with the influencer’s respective Instagram handle on it, and a white chocolate starfish with crushed graham cracker crust “sand” lined underneath.

Once we gave our influencers enough time to film a few Instastories and unpack, we all met in the lobby for a quick hotel tour around the property. Bringing their respective Classico Carry-Ons with them (thank you 360 mobility feature!), our resident photographer captured a few 1-on-1 photoshoots for each influencer. If you don’t publish an Instagram photo, did you really go on a staycation? ;)

Once our photoshoot was over, it was time for an intimate candlelight dinner at Raya! Every seat displayed a personalized menu with each guest’s name written on the top header in intricate cursive lettering, followed by a list of pre-set appetizers, entrees, and desserts. As we dug into our delicious seafood entrees (which is what Raya is known for!), we shared a few laughs and exchanged fun stories before heading to our respective hotel rooms for the night.

The very next morning, our group met at the Fitness Center at 9:00AM for morning yoga class! After all, can you tell us a better way to start the day than to partake in outdoor yoga class with a beautiful view of Laguna Beach while listening to the waves crash on to the shore peacefully? But wait, it gets better than this…

Directly following morning yoga class, our influencers went straight to The Ritz-Carlton Spa to get pampered with a 30-minute California Dreamin’ Massage. We wanted our influencers to leave the property in a relaxed and blissful state, and a half-hour massage did just this! After their spa day, we allowed our influencer attendees to explore the property on their own for the remainder of the day. It was great to see our influencers get to know one another on a more intimate level at this staycation event all the while allowing them to take the time to relax.

Burke Williams x Lady M Cakes Afternoon Delights

On August 9th, 2018, the Irose team hosted the “Burke Williams x Lady M Afternoon Delights” event on a casual Thursday afternoon. Over delicious crepe mille cakes and coffee, we invited 12 Orange County influencers to partake in a fun and intimate afternoon learning about all things beauty and skincare from the Burke Williams team and their luxurious H2V skincare collection.

During the first hour, we allowed our influencer attendees to mingle with one another, order their top choice of desserts and drinks, and document the behind-the-scenes of our event through fun and interactive Instastories. As soon as the clock struck 12:00, our guest speaker from the Burke Williams team walked up to the front of the room to address a very important topic of today - the importance of skincare.

“Did you know that the collagen levels in your face drop from 1-2% each year?” This shocking fact and more opened up our eyes towards the necessity of skincare and how it plays a beneficial role in our everyday lives. By the end of the day, the guest speaker went through a detailed “what’s-in-your-Burke-Williams-goodie-bag” review and the important functions of  behind each H2V product. While the H2V Triple C Accelerator restores collagen back into our skin, the H2V Buff Exfoliator eliminates impurities from our skin and is best used while taking a shower. To top it all off, the Burke Williams team gifted each influencer attendee their very own 3-Day Spa Pass so that she has access to the luxurious amenities that Burke Williams Day Spa has to offer.

After learning so much about the contents of their goodie bag, our influencers shared with the irose team how much they loved the intimacy and exclusivity of our events. Not only do we aim for our events to create new friendships, but we are proud that we have met our goal with each and every event - to create memories that last a lot longer than one’s recently published Instagram post. We aim to create a difference in our media events with the hopes that one day, our events and influencer attendees can give back to the community in a positive and influential way.
